Paris, Kentucky had a library long on history and short on space. A careful restoration of the 1909-vintage Carnegie library building, paired with a respectfully modern addition, doubled the library’s capacity and improved access for children and teens.
Harding completed the Paris-Bourbon County Library Library as an Associate of EOP Architects (now Champlin). He served as Project Manager and lead designer throughout design and all of construction. Rick Eckhoff was the principal-in-charge.
