Spokane, Washington is a small city with big intentions. It deserved a flagship downtown library that was open and dynamic. Group 4 Architecture’s top-to-bottom renovation expanded public areas and created tech-forward studio and meeting spaces to capture and boost the energy of Spokane’s creative community.
Harding completed the Spokane Central Library as an Associate of Group 4 Architecture. He served as Project Manager throughout most of design and all of construction. David Schnee was the principal-in-charge.
